I'm so glad he finally received it and can see all the wonderful selfies. Good job everyone, it's a beautiful tribute to Hal. (still miss him so cry)

And thank you domino for designing the competition, arranging the prizes, making the book, and enduring the agony of waiting! Much appreciated.

So happy - and relieved after all the shenanigans with couriers and snailmail - that Damien has received our photobook and very grateful to him for letting us know

We can now post the online version of the book for all to see, watch this space!
