I /may/ have paid for an HD streaming service and have Channel  recording.  I got tired of watching that horrendous show though, so not paying attention.

I couldn't hear him in the trailer but those pictures are divine! I hope it's good, i do like criminal/cop shows so i have my fingers crossed for it. Leather jacket and scruff...

 

I watch channel five very occasionally and i do agree that they do show their fair share of tat but they have the occasional gem, currently for me is 'Person of Interest', just waiting for C5 to resume showing season two. They showed the CSI's as well as NCIS and Law and Order: Criminal Intent and SVU.

So excited to have seen our first glimpse of Suspects footage, it looks very much as if DI Martha is in charge
I don't think Jack says much in the trailer to be honest, but I agree with you kat..think he uses his natural accent.

For me the prospect of seeing Damien in a non 'cult' or genre show is exciting, really looking forward to seeing him in a present day 'realistic' context, and possibly going for the realism as much as they can get in terms of drama with the mockumentary approach. solving crimes being charming and emotionally intelligent isn't going to hurt, either.

I guess that is also true whimsy though I just meant stretching different kinds of acting muscles and seeing this kind of role!

I wonder how gritty Suspects is going to be? and will it be post watershed? I have a feeling it might!

I doubt I'll ever actually see a trailer air- so thanks for the link, and the screencaps, domino......must admit I was wondering this morning how long we'd have to wait now christmas is over.

Yes, Damien is going to be front and centre in Suspects, Fay Ripley's character is boss lady, but we are going to see plenty of DS Jack Weston! *waits for the smut comments*

I am hugely grateful that this has been posted on youtube, so I have at least seen it...and I love the screencaps - but I do wish that channel 5 would put it up on their youtube channel, so that I can hear it as well!  From what I can tell, this trailer is basically just channel 5 saying 'we've got a cop show'......and gives very little else away.    More....I want more.....!!!
