Hotly anticipated Suspects Series 3 lands on UK TV screens tomorrow night and thanks to the lovely people at Channel 5 we have two awesome exclusive clips to share with you all!
In the first sneaky peak from the upcoming episode, DI Martha and DS Jack talk in the car about Jack’s return after his enforced time out. Jack reassures his boss that he “ready to go”, Martha responds she is “damn glad” he’s back, but also lets him know this is his “last chance”. The J-Bomb responds as only the J-Bomb would!
Clip 2 gives a goodly glimpse of the three detectives discussing the evidence in this week’s case. The short snap shot reveals Series 3 will be as intense, gripping and hard-hitting as previous series, with the team coming together when it matters.
According to the episode 1 synopsis, the series opener also promises to deliver the immersive and layered storyline we have come to know and love about Suspects. The investigation begins when a popular art teacher is found with life-threatening head injuries at a sixth-form college, with the case unfolding as the team uncover more evidence, revealing more suspects.
Damien (DS Jack Weston), Fay Ripley (DI Martha Bellamy) and Clare-Hope Ashitey (DC Charlie Steele) are joined by guest cast Emmett J. Scanlan (The Fall, Constantine, Hollyoaks), Ben Peel (The Fall, Hunger), Kathryn Drysdale (Benidorm, Two Pints of Lager and a Packet of Crisps) and James McConville (Sweeney Todd) in tomorrow’s episode.
We will be watching!
