These may be all over the map, but here are three songs that always get me in a good mood!

Otis Redding - Down In The Valley

The Love Language - Heart To Tell

The Temper Trap - Sweet Disposition

Here is a bonus song, it's The Love Language - Pedals. It will make you feel something, guaranteed, whether it's love, happiness, anything.

Sattyrn I love love love The Temper Trap and Sweet Disposition would make it on to my list somewhere too!

some more random feelgood songs that have had their moments in my life, some of these have quite a bit of pathos to thwm too, but nevertheless i find them uplifting in an empowering kind of way

thank you youtube... what would we do without you?

Currently loving this by Lianne La Havas. The album came out Monday and I haven't stopped listening to it.

Oh that is a nice song! It's not the kind of music I would usually listen to but I really like this song :)

Just great how for almost all of these vids it says: "not available in your area" :(

*Sigh* YouTube just isn't what it used to be.

Anyway, some great choices here. For me I would add:

not sure if it fits the category of "feelgood song" but I absolutely love this song:

and recently thanks to the Olympics I have also become very fond of "Spectrum" by Florence and the Machine:

Last but not least, this one just makes me smile every time plus I really love the movie:

Lovely. Aw. Mine's a little sadder than this, though. My 'feel good song' is Chesney Hawkes. The One and Only. It was a running joke for ages but even now to this day it makes me smile. Whenever I hear it I just grin from ear to ear.

I've known this song for as long as i can remember.I fell in love with Josh Groban & his version when i first heard him sing it.

It remind's me of my Grandparents who always listened to the old Edith Piaf version.

This is my current feel good song.  It makes me want to dance and puts a big stupid grin on my face every time I listen to it, no matter what.

For me there is Get Lucky of Daft Punk but I think you already heard it so,

I share you this one, the last song of Vanessa Paradis: Love song

It's a very sensual and sexual song

Enjoy ;)

@domino...sublime is the word for the Groban sound! , he has given the song a new life!
(I had to be "Brave" not too long ago)!

@Random jane....the music captures the American deep south.

@Lilie....J'adore cette chanson & Vanessa!

What good taste the forum has. : )

I just went back and watched a bunch of the videos posted here. I've never heard of King Charles before but I like it.

I don't see how anyone can pick just one. Some other feel goods of mine:

From the body to the soul
Where our hearts lead we must go
Wherever love may flow...

Not the best video but the sound is pretty good for a fan video at an open air event. It's the delivery of this song that does it for me. Imelda is such a charismatic performer.

No uplifting words but Beethoven's 5th always brings me crazy joy (not usually a fan of classical though) and this rocked up version is fantastic!

David Garrett is rather dishy! He is German I believe despite his English name. He once tripped when carrying his £million violin and trod on it! Now that's what I call clumsy!
