Disclaimer: I own nothing, BBC and Lord Toby do, I'm just playing in their sandbox ;) Not making any money with it, not even paying for cheeseburgers.

 

Summary: Series of little fics about the day to day life of the Southend-household of Leo, Pearl and Hal. Over fifty years make for a lot of possible stories.

I am just wondering if rather than saying 'rated K +' you could just say whether it is adult, otherwise no rating necessary! thanks, I think this is a fanfic rating system which will only make sense to people who know that site?

I read this one like a week ago! It was soooo good! I was in the process of reading it when u join the forum, Opositive. I saw you were on here and I was like "ah! She wrote that fan fix I'm reading I need to find a way to tell her how AWESOME it is!"

I'm always surprised when somebody likes my fics XD I'm always thinking they are rubbish, bad habit but one I find hard to break

I just realised I have read yours before too 0positiv! (just read again!) we linked to Hal fanfics at fanfiction.net in this thread here! I had forgotten it was you!

These are most definitely on topic btw, and awesome. Incredibly clever too, how you observed the dates and I could well imagine all those conversations happening just as you have written them! you captured Hal perfectly and the Pearl bits were so tenderly written, I was moved..both to tears and to laughter, which is a unique trait of the official BH writing, so you are brilliant.

one small thing, did you mean 'sigh' instead of 'sight' in this sentence:

"After one tortuous hour the spiral was at last complete and Hal sat back with a weary sight."

thank you for sharing 0po. with this format you could continue indefinitely, and I really hope you do!

aah I liked all chapters but the last one was just amazing! I've never read such funny fanfic.. I laughed oud loud when I read the description of Hal in his pajama bottoms biggrin

ooh two of my fave things combined...Being Human and The Beatles! another excellent piece 0po, thank you for sharing I can just imagine this scenario and Hal's reaction to it, beautifully woven in to what we know of that skirt swaddling occasion!! just hilarious too!!
