I already signed it a week or so ago, I tried to do it again but unfortunately and obviously you can't sing it twice on one computer :( I'll also sign it on my dad's computer :p I don't think it will make a lot of difference but we can try!

If every BH fan signed this petition then we would have more than enough signatures, You know you want another series of being human (and another series of seeing Damien ;) ), so lets show the BBC that we want it too , Come on people, Come on!! Sign it !! :)
I'm so disheartened by the low number of signatures. 703K fans "like" BH on FB but > 600 want more of the show? Unfortunately I think it's a lost cause no matter how many signatures are on it. That may be why so few people have signed it. Though, what can it hurt?
Of course most of North America hasn't seen the final season, which was the best one in my opinion. I think it's going to be a case of not knowing what you've lost until it's way too late, much like Firefly.

I wanted to see how this had progressed since the petition started & was shocked to see the total at 605 on the 13/05/13. How can a show that has pulled in 1.41 million on its second season opening have such a low signature list? What's even more shocking for me ( assuming the numbers are correct ) was the closing viewer figures for the final season.? What were other people watching on the sunday nights when the last season was shown?, what bad taste they have....let them watch Dr poo! The figures cant be right surely.
Yeah, it's pretty pathetic. I don't undertand it. Maybe it's because we have Facebook and Twitter now and people just bitch on there instead of actually bothering to sign a petition. I think part of the low viewership on the first episode of the season was because BBC3 didn't advertise it and changed the time or something. A lot of people apparently didn't know it had returned until a couple of weeks in. That's what some people on Facebook said. **shrug**

I remember seeing the trailers before the beginning of S5 - the Beeb trailed it quite a bit, just not on BBC1 I think (which is kind of understandable, BBC1 tends not to trail the other channels a huge amount) - because I wouldn't have known otherwise!
However, having said that, I am a bit of an "EPG trawler" and am always checking the main channels in case something interesting's on, so I would have seen it there as well...
Good point Jane. Now Firefly has a huge following, because too many people were introduced after it had been cancelled. However the fans WERE able to get a movie out of the deal. So there's that.
