Oh, gods, no. Not wrong at all. I don't watch trailers, so I won't be clicking, but WHO IN THEIR RIGHT MIND WOULDN'T LOSE IT OVER THE RETURN OF SHERLOCK!?
Okay, that is all.
EDIT: not all. That was my 100th post. Fitting that I was squealing like a, well, fangirl. :D

I'm with the rest of you. Not wrong at all. Thanks for the link! Bbca didn't show it (with good reason since it doesn't air on there but PBS) the promo looks great! I am dying to know (as I am sure everyone is) how he survived that fall.

SQUEEEEEEEE!!!! I am SO EXCITED about this new series of sherlock i cant even explain!!! I can't believe i didnt even start watching it until this year! This is my favourite show that is out at the moment, its amazing really that you can become so invested in something that is only 3 episodes per series!!
Iv'e heard rumours that the series will start in january around the 5th ish...hope theyre true!!!!

Just want too add my agreement - I'm looking forward to watching Dr Who.......but haven't actually got round to it yet! Sherlock , on the other hand........can't wait!!
I only started watching it this year too, Su. I can't imagine having to wait three years for its return. I think I would have blown a gasket by now. No way am I'm waiting until it airs in the US. I enjoy Doctor Who but I adore Sherlock. It's up there with with Being Human for me.
I turned my dad onto the series through Netflix. He watched it all in a day. He said, "Wow that was good; where's the rest of it?"

I saw the 1st ep from the 2nd series for the first time the other night "A scandal in Belgravia" BBC 3 re run. Really fast paced ep & the script writing exceptional. I was glued to the tv , didn't move once not even for a coffee! i only ever did that with BH or through a Max Riemelt movie! ( well i did kind of move when i got sight of Sherlocks bun crack! )
I'll be spending the weekend watching my Sherlock DVDs, getting ready for the new year. They'll be an early sampling of Christmas food too. (I'm spending the weekend stuffing myself with pate and stollen and Benedict Cumberbatch. And it's only Monday and I already have this planned.)

I LOVED the mini episode!! I've been avoiding spoilers but some little details I find are unavoidable. The mini ep doesn't give anything away that won't be revealed within the first few minutes of the new episode I'm sure.
Only a few more days to wait!!! Is it wrong that I'm more excited about this than I was about Christmas? Lol xx

Me too Su! I was torn over my Christmas vacation. I kept willing New Year's Day to get here faster so I could watch Sherlock, but then I didn't want today to come because I have to return to work. Conflicted. Ugh.

UJ, I guess it might give things away if you aren't on Tumblr and don't have Sherlock all over your dash already. If you do then it really doesn't give much away. I found it only added to my excitement. It was so good!!!!

So tonight between 9 pm - 10.30 pm is going to be all about Sherlock. Who will be watching? Also, fair warning: once the ep has aired this topic will include discussion about it!
Laughed my arse off during the opening - magnificent in its silliness and then - fake out!
One superlative moment after another, from John's heartbreak and grief to Sherlock and Mycroft ... I could just list everything that happened really. Roll on Sunday.
