When Damien performed with WordTheatre last year at Adam Street Club and Latitude Festival, he announced it the day before on Twitter, so hopefully there will be similar confirmation this time.
Louise & Becca are going. I've got 6. Me, Fifi & Brookesey are definitely coming, Su said maybe, she's not sure (...JOKE ) & I got one for Kat & she'll let me know if she can come when she's back from her Hols.
The 6th ticket is currently being fought between Shoe Pigeon & Helen, but if Kat can't come, then they'll both be coming. I saw on Twitter that Vicki got a ticket too, so, so far, 9 Forumers are going.

I'm not sure. I've tried to guess by looking at the Arts Club website. That Nightclub looks small. Looks like it might be a un-posh like scrum to get a view. My daily rush-hour getting-into-the-Tube skills may prove very useful here.

I emailed to book a ticket latish on Fri afternoon, but actually still haven't had a reply (so woohoo to Laura for getting one for me!!) Obviously I don't know why I haven't had a reply....but, as it seems to be a small venue, you can't help wondering if they just sold out really quickly...
Not sure on capacity but when Louise booked our tickets on Friday morning the women she spoke to was surprised at how busy the ticket booking was....can't imagine why she had a rush ;)

Fifi Texted me today to say that she had got an email saying she had a ticket, so I said to get it, so I could give one of mine to Helen, so the 5 coming with me are Su, Brookesey, Kat, Shoe, Helen. Phew!

Damien will be reading for WordTheatre 2 weeks today!
I hope everyone who has tickets is excited, I am feeling ridiculously excited vicariously ... so cannot imagine how you all must be feeling!
Agree HalGal, it would be a travesty to deprive the world of theatre of Mr Molony. But I am also delighted that he will be on our TV screens very soon in Ripper Street!
Lol!
No pressure at all you lot, but as it was me who directed the main ticket buyer as quickly as poss to this event, we are expecting full reports so please don't go into thudded out silence or there will be sulks and...much domino twiddling!
Indeed, domino - we owe you a lot! But I might have to concentrate too hard on the walking, talking and appearing normal aspect of the evening to be able to cope with on-line communication as well! I'm slightly concerned about the fact that I have a 'standing' ticket.......
I promise to write a full report on my return, but from what I can see, phones aren't even allowed in the club? There real time updating may be an issue :/ xx

Hi all, sorry I was so bossy in my last post! It was a bit "I am Lord Henry Yorke and You Will Obey Me!"
But yes...if you aren't all extremely detailed in your reports it'll be off to the forum cellar for you all. WITH NO SUPPER. *evilgrin*
I did notice the rather strict membership rules of The Arts Club, but do wonder if that applies to the everyday of this rather exclusive club, not the events hosted there. However, yes I am absolutely sure that no phones would be allowed during the performance.
the drinkies part is exciting, "Join us at 6:30 for drinks, with performances from 7-9 PM" it also mentions the authors will be available for signings.
Does anyone know about the authors or read any of their work?
I note that Lionel Shriver is on the shortlist of all female nominations for the BBC short story award 2013 , for 'Prepositions' :
