I couldn't see it at all myself. Didn't find almost any of them sexy at all...and seemed like a thoroughly pointless list...BUT, anything that gets DaMo in the magazines is a good thing.

Have to say that Aidan Turner totally deserves to be on that list too! I mean....totally!! But yes - just needs a top 2 really.... Mitchell and Hal. And then, Kat...it isn't a pointless list at all!

All my favourites are on that list; Damien, Aidan, Joseph Morgan and David Boreanaz, Angel was my first vampire love, fifteen years ago that was!! (gasp!!)
I love lists just for the debates they produce! I was glad to see both Hal and Mitchell on the list. And I love that Louis (Brad Pitt) was on there! That's my generation! (And I think Brad's a better actor than people give him credit for, they can't get past his looks)

*whispers* Didn't like Mitchell particularly and certainly didn't find him sexy. Not generally into the vampire thing either - yes, I know, I'm the weirdo here - hence why I didn't really see the point of the list at all...
I got that Mitchell was the sexy one, but I was all about George. Hal turned me back to the vamp side.
kimberfly, I agree about Pitt. My sister was a huge fan of his after Interview. She got all his DVDs etc. So I ended up having to watch nearly all his films. I wasn't into his looks so I was struck by what a versatile and top rate actor he is.

I'm a total vamp girl, so I get the list. I loved Brad Pitt as Louis (another tortured vampire, sigh). I read the Anne Rice books and when the movie was out I was absolutely shocked to see who was playing the part. I had never actually seen Brad Pitt before, but he fit my mental image to a T!
I watched several seasons of Vampire Diaries, and it's just meh to me. I can't stand Paul Westly (Stefan) and while Ian Somerhalder's Damon has his sexy moments, I haven't forgotten his turn as Boone in Lost. Plus sometimes his smile is a bit creepy. Joseph Morgan (Klaus, VD), Jonathan Rys Meyers (Dracula), James Marsters (Spike, Buffy), and Keifer Sutherland (Lost Boys - which incidentally was my introduction to Vampires) do nothing for me at all. Stephen Dorff as Deacon Frost in Blade was actually quite hot, and David Boreanaz as Angel was too. Robert Pattinson is tricky. I loved Edward in the books, but Pattinson didn't resemble my mental image and often annoyed me because he didn't behave as he should have. (but that could really be the script, which I had issues with) And he only looks passably good in certain angles. Jason Dohring is totally cute. I loved him as a vampire, but I never thought of him as sexy. Alexander Skarsgard as Eric Northman on the other hand - tall, nicely built, that husky voice with the slight Swedish accent - completely nummy. Plus Eric is pretty impressive as a 1000 yr old viking vampire, and he calls Sookie "my lover"...
Mitchell's a hard one. I saw him as sexy until S3 when he spiraled out of control and no longer kept up the semblance of hygiene! LOL He was just so wishy washy I just wanted to slap him, right up until the S3 finale when George staked him and I was in pieces over loosing him! Because then I remembered that sweet smile that had me all goo goo eyed in S1. But I was never into him as much as Hal... and we all know how that addiction is going!
I'd say my perfect list would be Hal, Mitchell, Eric, drop the rest.
Oh look at that, way past bed-time. Maybe this will inspire some special dream...

I think Edward Cullen became almost a parody of himself. He ended up being a bit ridiculous but there was a certain hotness about him in the first film. I never saw the appeal of Spike in Buffy/Angel apart from the fact that he made me laugh. I didn't get his sex appeal. Joseph Morgan is just dastardly and i like that. He has gorgeous blue eyes. I find Aidan Turner very sexy, the accent, his build, his curls but especially those eyes, it was brought home to me watching him in Hobbit:DOS and the prison cell scene and his eyes held my attention. David Boreanaz did the soulful vampire/brooding vampire very well and there is just something about Damien's Hal that holds my interest and not the most obvious reason! I find Damon from TVD rather wicked and mischievous and Stefan comes and goes with me on occasion too.
