Domino, annoyed - yes, everyone would, I think, but she was a bit too feisty in my opinion to be innocent.

"Were you guys talking about me? I heard 'clearly gorgeous' "
I love this line. He is so brilliant. Just brilliant.

She just wanted to be nice.

They were exceedingly patient with poor Edna.

And why the heck were Matt and Jess walking through the park at such a easy pace? They should be scooting.

That line was a little awkward but funny.

Scene 38, Jack running after Matt, I'm like yes! Finally, I love those arresting scenes. Somehow I hope there would be more of those aggressive scenes in the end cause they make everything more dramatic and exciting.

I think they were trying not to draw attention to themselves.

Jack "Were you guys talking about me? I heard 'clearly gorgeous' "

Martha "oh.. clearly deluded"

Jack "Ok, thank you"

I still find myself analysing Martha's reply..... is it a case of the lady doth protest too much?

I kind of think so, Domino.  In a subconscious way, as we've discussed before.

What was that Jack said to Edna in the hospital.. Something about miracle when she was recovering. It was really funny but I can't remember it.

He's always saying that.  I think maybe it's a bit of an inside joke between them.

Her reply to his "Were you talking about me..." line seemed a humourous way to keep him from getting too big for his britches.

It's interesting that Jack and Martha tend to kind of flirt but Jack and Charlie never do.

maybe Ithaca.. mabe Martha sees it as her role to deflate his ego. I still think it's loaded though...

As for his comment to Charlie,

It annoyed me because Jack seemed to want Charlie to know the future or read his mind. Did he ever say that she should be kept? Didn't Charlie and him speak about what do with her?

not really Charlie's fault though, why did they let her go from the front desk?
