No more guesses? I know it's a picky question, but I think the shoes were important. There were several cutaways, where we caught glimpses of his father at work in his studio. His father's bare feet were a point of focus, as were his gnarled fingers. So I think those details had meaning within the story.

No guesses? This isn't a particularly obscure question. It's a pretty iconic car....and Mrs Young's certainly has some character. She's even referred to according to her car when Raven first meets her......
