It is this lovely behind scenes pic Mr. M shared on Twitter. I believe it was when the BFI Gothic Vampire thingy happened. 

Really would have loved to see more of bad Hal.  He is deliciously wicked! Making History still remains my favorite BH episode of all time.  Lord Toby said it was his favorite as well. smile
