Go team Flight<3 So long but in the end, so very short time. I think I need to rewatch these before S3. Still, I would like to know what will happen to Flight in future.
Can you all remember how excited the DaMo fandom was about his debut in Ripper Street? I'll never forget I practically screamed when Flight arrived at H-Division and removed his hat... that cock sure young man!

I've been having a re-watch too. Makes me miss Flight so much! My Flight fic is a little on the backburner at the moment with full time work and part time Masters study but it is still bubbling away.
It's testament to Damien's talent as Flight in Ripper Street that you became and remained a fan Rosie! It is refreshing as most people discovered him via Hal and Being Human. I love that you did it the other way around
Rosie - I guess your first view of Flight must've been a bit like my first view of Hal - and element of somebody 'replacing' a previously loved character.....I was very, very sceptical! Whereas the excruciatingly long wait for Damien to appear in RS...all the speculation - for most that time we had no idea if he was even going to be in more than one ep - I was just about ready to burst with impatience by the time he finally arrived....and yes, domino - I may have been a little excited!
i'm not sure i had any expectations about anyone 'replacing' Hobbs before the second series started so Flight (and Damien) was a delightful surprise, fifi! Not that I see Flight as Hobbs' replacement because they were so different and to quote Captain Jackson "he ain't Hobbs"! I love when you expect to hate a 'replacement' but then you end up loving them more!
