Recent weeks have brought lots of exciting Damien news and announcements, so below is a handy round up, in case you have missed them.

November may seem a little early to use the 'C' word, but it is also that time of year when the forum organises our Christmas card for Damien. If you don't want to miss out on getting involved and adding your messages, read on!

Damien's 2014 Christmas Card

Long term members will know is forum tradition to send a film themed, funny card to Damien each Christmas. Over the past two weeks we have been organising his 2014 card and this is your last chance to get involved!

A topic will also be opened soon to add your messages to Damien's card.

Damien appearing in 'The Hard Problem' at the National Theatre

In October the exciting announcement came that Damien has been cast in new Tom Stoppard play 'The Hard Problem', set for a long run at the National Theatre, London 21 Jan - 16 April 2015. The play will also be broadcast live to cinemas across the world as part of NT Live on 16 April. Tickets sold out completely within 2 days, but further performances will likely be added.

New Audio Book 'RAVEN' - coming soon!

The moment many of us have been waiting for has now arrived, Damien has narrated his first audio book!  'Raven', a novel by Jeremy Burnham and Trevor Ray based on the classic 1970s TV programme is read by Damien and will be released by Fantom Films in December, there are a total of 5 CDS and the audio will also be available for download.

New TV Project for Damien - 'Clean Break'

News broke this week that Damien will appear in a new TV drama 'Clean Break' for Irish broadcaster RTÉ. A four part series, 'Clean Break' is written by Billy Roche and “tells the tale of a community driven by love, greed, status and revenge”.

Damien plays a character called Danny Quinn and is currently filming in Ireland.

Suspects Series 3

After an incredible second series, 'Suspects' will return for a third next year. While there has been no official confirmation of an airdate, it is expected series 3 will be broadcast in January, check the forum regularly for the news as it breaks!

Two films coming starring Damien!

We always knew the day would come when Damien appeared on the big screen...  and now he has not one but two feature films in the can!

The first is ' Kill Your Friends',  a movie based in the music industry in the late 1990s, based on an adaptation of the novel by John Niven. Damien will be playing the character Ross. For all the details and the scoop on what know about the film and Damien's role so far, click here.

The second is a new as yet unnamed military themed movie set in Iraq, Damien completed filming in Jordan in September. For all the latest clues and news on this exciting project, click here

And finally...
