1 YEAR AGO TODAY.. Damien starred in THE EFFECT An incredible radio adaption of Lucy Prebble's award winning play. Damien played Tristan alongside Jessie Buckley as Connie. Here are some of mine - it's harder to think of some that are not, the entire episode is crammed with funny!

"Do you realise you've stopped speaking " (Hal to Patty)

"See this? Right here, this, this is why the world is going to hell in a hand cart" (Hal toTom)

"We were rather looking forward to a quiet evening and some supper" (Hal to Alex)

Alex "you're not yaying!" Hal ~yay~

Slouch? I can't slouch, not with my back , I have a dancer's back" (Hal to Alex)

I also love this line from Oliver (and use it on myself regularly when people are being sexist!)

It is also the episode in which he delivered the now famous 'not a man of god' speech -
