Give blood for Christmas: Damien Molony has donated his 10th pint!

Damien has made his tenth blood donation and encouraged his Twitter followers to give blood for Christmas.

During three years of solid donating and reaching his own 10 pint milestone, Damien has continued to inspire others to do the same, sharing his experiences on his Twitter pageand Re-Tweeting anyone who sends him their own post-donation photo.

Like Damien, why not do something amazing this Christmas, save a life, give blood and then send him your after donation photo on Twitter to be in with a chance of an RT from the man himself!
