Let's hope he asks for fan questions!

Amazing to think it will be almost 3 years since Damo was on BBC Radio 1..

For those who missed it, he was on Gemma Cairney's show in 2013 with Kate Bracken, for Being Human Sunday!

He was also on Gemma Cairney's Show on BBC Radio 1 Xtra 3 feb 2012, but unfortunately there is no clip of that :(

DaMo will deffo be talking Crashing Rosie, episode 3 will have aired the night before ! Very excited to hear more about his thoughts on Anthony and the show and filming for it. Maybe Suspects series 5 too ? And his other projects ? KYF? Tiger Raid? Fingers crossed!

Excellent! It's been a long time since we've had a damo radio interview....

Can somebody who listens to the radio 1 breakfast show tell me what time he's likely to be on.  Really not sure I can listen to a full 3 and a half hours of radio 1 (especially starting at 6.30).....although, to be fair, it's been quite a few years since I've tuned in!

That interview was WAY too short. (I sat thru 3 hrs of questionable music.  Oh the things we do...)  So cute to hear that the cast of Crashing go to each others houses to watch the episodes together.

DaMo was on BBC Radio 1!! With Grimmers!!! A special day indeed!!!
He was on just after 9am and it will be available on the iplayer later
but you can still listen on the live player here! (just 'rewind')

Lovely to hear Damien's voice on the radio this morning. The interview was far too short I agree Whimsy. And yes so adorable that they all watch Crashing together!

Far too little of Damien, far too much of phone-ins and Nik Grimshaw. What a waste of Damien's talent. Did like to hear about the cast all going to each others houses to each each new episode, though - and not being allowed to talk while it's on!

Would have loved to have heard a more in depth interview, perhaps including future plans - after all, I had to listen to a lot of awful music (that all sounded very similar) and inane chatter in order to hear the 'special guest' interview.

Not that it was unexpected - a Radio 1 interview was always going to be fairly superficial and ultimately pointless....a drop in an interminable ocean of annoying dj-ing and 'questionable music' (Florence and the Machine was just about the only tolerable thing they played!)  BUT - sooo lovely to hear Damien on the radio!! biggrin

I love that they get together to watch Crashing....not only is it rather sweet, but if they hang out together off set it can only help improve the chemistry between the characters on set

Love the photo! And yeah it was way too short interview indeed but I liked when he shared personal memory of his housemates, it was funny!

He should had his own morning show in radio....
