You're not alone Ellie, this one feels like something very special is coming..
Jozie, the whole cast and the film creators and creatives must surely attend the world premiere! It's only right! Will there be a red carpet? Let's hope so!
The dark hearts of men sounds very poetic. It would be a great title for a book (or an indie band!) I'm so intrigued to see Damien doing something really dark and disturbing particularly after Crashing.

I really do hope so! And lots of interviews and pics of Damien..
....
And the rest of the cast of course.. But mostly Damien
While on a covert mission, two cold blooded mercenaries form an unlikely bond as they race across the desert in the dead of night. When their violent and desperate world implodes, past atrocities come to the surface threatening to tear each of them apart.
Brian Gleeson (Show White and the Huntsman), Damien Molony (Kill Your Friends, and Sofia Boutella (Star Trek Beyond) offer stunning performances as the inhabitants of director Simon Dixon’s dark and arid, seemingly unpopulated desertscape. Dixon surrounds these complex and troubled characters in haunting imagery and immersive sound design. As the true nature of their mission becomes clear, betrayals accumulate; no one emerges innocent in this disturbing action-thriller.
#onthewrongcoast and sadly finances and timing are against me this time. I do hope he attends and we get to see some of the excitement about the film. Do they do red carpet interviews, q&a's, etc at Tribeca?

Yes, I so want him to attend the premiere! Do they get all dressed up for the midnight showings? Would love to see him on a tux!
I really hope that he gets to go too! At the very least I hope that some pics get posted on twitter/instagram.... Tho I think you may be a bit optimistic with the tux....considering how he dressed for the KYF premiere
Every extra little bit of info about this film makes me want to see it more...but "The film explores the dark hearts of men" really does sell it for me. I love a good action film/thriller and am totally up for a bit of on screen violence....but that one little sentence carries the suggestion of some proper emotional depth.
The quality and style of the pictures/artwork which we've see for this film so far has been amazing....really evocative - and totally match this description....
"..... stunning performances as the inhabitants of director Simon Dixon’s dark and arid, seemingly unpopulated desertscape. "complex and troubled characters" "haunting imagery and immerisve sound design"....these are phrases which make me very happy... I'm getting so impatient to see this!!!

I know! That picture! I don't have the words! It's so evocative... and bathed in red....... We're in for some serious dark deep intense and EPIC stuff Molonians. A darkly thrilling dark thriller.
Re the premiere - this is TRIBECA and the WORLD PREMIERE. Of course the cast and creators are gonna be there! I'm also crossing fingers for maximum press on the event too, photos, interviews, the works.
Re promo - we've know from the start that the creators are mega conscientious, talented style gurus, and gonna produce high quality imagery for the film. Initial Tribeca promo is already breathtaking, can't wait for the special and epic things to come.
Might we also see a TRAILER before the premiere?!?!
"...there's a foolproof way to keep one's resolve steady and excitement piqued: embracing the adrenaline rushes that come from the best hard-edged genre cinema. Fortunately, Tribeca 2016 is packed with that.
The main source for such cinematic jolts is the Festival's late-night-ready Midnight section, dedicated to no-holds-barred horror, action, and thrillers. "
"The rest of Midnight is equally varied—there are zombies (Here Alone), human trafficking (Tiger Raid), cults (Rebirth), a gay porn industry pulse-pounder starring James Franco (King Cobra)."
I'm wondering if that human trafficking is a spoiler, or a typo? The film listed above Tiger Raid in the article called Live Cargo has to do with human trafficking.

In my head I read that as "Time to pay the piper." My anxiety level for this film shoots up higher with every picture, detail, and now quote that we see.

I am so excited about Tiger Raid, lovely to see the artwork and comments, there has obviously been a lot put into it by everyone.
I know what whimsy means by anxiety levels, though. Mine shoot up every time I hear or see something new. I so want this to give Damien the success he deserves.
The new imagery is definitely an adrenalin shot and it's deeply evocative.. and provocative!
bathed in red - so powerfully impactful.. impossible to miss the bloodstained suggestion.. the first one with Paddy staring with blackened eyes and pointing the gun is deep, horrific, compelling, exciting..
the green poster with the extracted tooth..again suggestive.. will the film contain torturous scenes?
The promo pics we've seen for Tiger Raid so far are largely character close-ups...which suggests that - even though it's being promoted as an 'action thriller' - it's character focussed (yay!) and the red tint is very powerful and evocative. The green pic is interesting - it contrasts totally with the other images - not just because of the colour (although that is certainly striking) but the image itself. The combination makes for an oddly cold clinical effect which entirely contradicts the underlying emotion provoked by the haunted expressions and red tint of the previous pics.
And considering all of the other images have been character focussed - the image is in an odd sort of juxtaposition with the words 'stunning performances'....
See - I'm so desperate for this film that I'm over analysing the artwork now....
