Perfect! No problem! Google is a funny thing, you can change one word and it changes all the results. So weird.

Well, if only I had seen the last few posts!  I've been trying to find this, as I'm positive I recorded it at some time but I can't find the files.  PHEW, crisis averted.  Would have been a travesty to loose this fantastic film.  Now I need to sort out a new recording solution. (switched from PC to Mac & the software I used does not work)

I'm off to watch it NOW!!!

The link does work.....if you haven't changed the 'sorted by' settings on your accuont.  It takes you to the first post in the thread.  So if you have your settings on 'oldest first', it takes you to where the video is embedded (the 'first' post), but if you've changed your settings to 'newest first' then it just takes you back to where you were, because that's the first post. 

OK? lol!!  Read it again....it does make sense.  Honest!

But if she used the 'permalink' to the exact post, it should take one there regardless of sort order, I should think.

It is almost a blessing we though this was lost, so good to re-visit this gem of a short. Brilliant.

whimsy, the link works and I did indeed use Permalink (if you use you mod powers to go to edit my post and check the html you will see). Sorry you are having trouble, odd that it is not working for you. Anyway, the video is embedded in the TOP post of this thread.

It really has been great to revisit this. There is so much Damo available to watch now that it's easy to forget about these little gems.  I hope they don't ever disappear....I wonder if we'll ever get to see The List? 

It should be compulsory for new forum members to watch this and Making Rosebud.......(ahem, rosie biggrin)

It's my weekend plan to watch this! I've seen Making Rosebud (although I have to admit I wasn't entirely sure what it was all about!).

Really looking forward to advancing my Damien back catalogue education and I will share my thoughts about it when I've watched!

Come to think of I'm not sure if I totally understood Making Rosebud either.

I agree fifi, should be a requirement! I remember gobbling up every speck of photo/video/audio available when I first came here 3 years ago!  Watching it over and over and over since there wasn't much and we were still waiting for S5 of BH.

So I watched this today! How can a short film be so intense and powerful?! Damien's performance was so intense and emotional. He really does convey emotions with a look or a gesture so well. The film raised lots of questions and was gripping and heartbreaking. I couldn't tear my eyes aware.

 Yay! So happy you finally had the chance to watch this Rosie, and glad your excited anticipation was met.  It truly is a masterpiece of film shorts. Completely agree with you about Damien's performance, such talent, then and now.
