Damien has just announced on his Twitter page that he will be performing with Word Theatre at Adam Street - a club in London - tomorrow night, reading a short story called 'First Person Shooter' and on 13 - 14 July at the Latitude Festival in Suffolk!
The Adam Street event is to benefit the Anaphylaxis Campaign.

Damien Molony (Hal on Being Human)
David Soul (the original Starsky and Hutch)
Diana Vickers (The Rise and Fall of Little Voice on the West End)
Gethin Anthony (Renly Baratheon on Game of Thrones)
Tickets are £15 in advance from Wordtheatre.com or £10 on the door.
The Latitude event will take place in the Literary Arena on July 12 (23:15-0:45), July 13 (20:00-21:00) and July 14 (11:00-12:00)

Amanda Maple-Brown (Nowhere to Land)
Damien Molony (Hal on Being Human)
John Schwab (The Leisure Society at Trafalgar Studios)
Diana Vickers (The Rise and Fall of Little Voice on the West End)
I hope so too San, this is bound to be spectacular, alongside Damien is an equally impressive cast. It may be a bit too far for return travel for anyone very outside of London, but hopefully London based fans will be able to make it!
Wonderful that the event is for the Anaphylaxis Campaign, the charity does a lot of good work. Their website: http://www.anaphylaxis.org.uk/
Does anyone know the short story 'First Person Shooter', could it be this
As an aside, what synchronicity that Damien will be reading short stories when we have just had a competition with fans own fictions! My dream night would now be a gathering of us all with Damien reading the fan fic works of his fans!!
I swear when I'm old enough I will move to England just because of these sort of things :p
I so hear you! I may be old enough (in theory :p), but oh my god, do I get jealous when I of things like these!

Oh it's for charity! I completely missed that! How incredible! That's really cool :)
I don't know the story. How awesome would it be if it's a zombie story? :D
Oh my, now I have visions of Damien acting them all out XD It's a good vision XD
Yes, as the Word Theatre website is advertising the tickets it is definitely open to the public Laura! I think the club is members only for it's more regular events, but they are hosting this event, and it is open to all. It would be so exciting if you can go!
My thoughts exactly San.... a supernatural story no less!
If it is any consololation San, Lau and Sami, there are a lot of uk dwellers who wont make it tonight either, London is only one small part of england!
But is there anyone out there who is going tonight? It will be amazing ! would love to hear all about it!
I hope that anyone who had the lucky opportunity to see Damien's performance reading 'First Person Shooter' last night at Word Theatre had a great time, and would love to hear about it!
I have only come across one comment on twitter about Damien's performance at Adam Street, I am paraphrasing but the commenter mentioned his 'sexy voice' which goes without saying, but I was hoping for some insight into his actorly talents in the reading ..also goes without saying, but nevertheless I would love to hear about the actual reading and if it was the zombie story we thought it might be!
Let's hope for more feedback from Latitude! Is anyone going?
Ach....me too!!! Steelmoth i am in the next county which make it all the more unbrearable...but ridiculously muddy fields and wheelchairs do not get along....even if I was able to manage the journey. No 2 ways about it..Mr Molony must just nip over to Norfolk for a private performance ....
And not hearing about it at all is also torturous..does anyone know anyone who went? I just found out one of my friends was there but she didn't know about Damien's performance because she didn't have a signal to get my text in time!!!!!! :grrrrr
I know of a BH blogger (she was part of the group who went to see TL on 20 May) who is at Latitude the weekend. She has tweeted to say she has seen both of Damien's performances & has pictures but is conserving her battery & will give us more detail when she gets home, so fingers crossed for details to follow :)
