Phew, I was worried for a couple days there. I thought the streets would run with blood if it got delayed.
I'm so excited!!! Converted my DH this past week with the S4 DVD, too! I found a way to watch on BBC iPlayer, so for me it's only a matter of (I hope) hours waiting for them to post the episodes up there. I could possibly still be watching the episode on the same night it aires over there. WOOHOOO!

Heads up to uk peeps - according to BBC three on twitter, the new Being Human trailer will air tonight before or after Junior Doctors, which is at 9 - 10 pm! This mean it will also be available on the 'live' part of the BBC Iplayer for bbc three!
Such great news that you can access the BBC iplayer whimsy, is this something you can share with our other non uk members? it would be so awesome if everyone could watch at near enough the same time!

domino, absolutely. I'll post here if that's ok? let me know if I need to move it somewhere else.
So, there are services available that connect you to a proxy server, in this case in the UK, so that websites that are regionally encoded and exclusive think you are in the right region. It's called VPN - Virtual Private Network. I stumbled upon them when I googled "watch UK shows outside of UK" or something like that. They offer subscriptions by week, month, 6 months, or year. I signed up for a week to test it. You pay through PayPal and they do automatically renew until you cancel. You create an account and they send you the link to connect to their servers with your email and password. Easy peasy. The connection stays on 24/7 as long as you don't turn off your computer. In fact I have to turn it off because when visiting sites like Amazon or Netflix it thinks I'm in the UK.
So the one I settled on is called TV When Away, because they include the proxy service to also connect an iPad and other mobile devices. So after connecting through them, you can launch iPlayer and watch to your hearts content. Tested on the current BH episods up and it works. Tested on live broadcast of Eastenders and it works. The streaming is smooth and picture is crystal clear. As good if not better than Netflix. (I do have a fast internet connection) You can download the episodes as well to view (and keep) in Windows Media Player. I am beyond giddy at the fact that now I'll get to watch Being Human as it airs!!!!
