The forum twitter account is receiving lots of comments on the boxset cover, if you look at it you will see that it is simply an amalgamation of the 2 promo shots, no other reason for why Hal is at the back, although I do share a feeling akin to dissatisfaction with the fact that he is.
Oh yes Su, I would also not want to be reading all over the web about it before I had received my copy! especially about the extra scene...which is sounding more and more like the 'new ending'.
Looks like the final artwork for the back of the new DVD/B-RAY is complete with all the details listed. Noticed this while checking status of another order i placed on Amazon.They have included a lot of stuff as extra's so we're gettin our money's worth! & Damo get's first billing..starring Damien Molony! quite right too!
Excited and hope the dvd is delivered to me on the day !!! I will have to watch the series all the way through before the extra scene, since it's gone off the Iplayer I've not seen the final episode again !!!:D

@HalGal - yep, same here! we only had the series on I-player, and I don't want to watch the new scene until I've seen it all again! Trev will probably disagree but I will over-rule him on this! Oh yes I will!
I like the artwork, but I think that maybe they could have done a better pic of all of them. Let's face it, I was a die hard Mitchellette, but he wasn't the only member of the gang. I think Annie should have been in the middle tbh, as she was the only person to "cross over" on the Trinity's.
Ah well, only a week until it comes out now Hope mine comes on the 8th - preordered it from Amazon about 5 mins after the series finished! LOL
Good point HalGal and Brookesey, I am with you both, the whole series needs to be watched and only then the additional scene.
If you look at it, the complete collection pic is just an amalgamation of the 2 promo pics for the 2 trios, the fan photo edit version of the six i saw on twitter recently would been a far better image!
Brookesey, my amazon pre-orders have sometimes been known to arrive (wait for it......) EARLY! sqeeeee!
I have already ordered the box set for all 5 series, and told my hubby that he has to take the kids out for the day when it arrives! (thank God I am on Holiday that week!)
Brookesey & Domino it's going to be quiet when this DVD arrives! :D I think I am gonna have to do the same with my OH Theresa Lee, or watch it back to back when he's at work and take a day off motherhood and house slave duties!!! I'm still a bit scared of the extra scene though

Halgal - I agree about the extra scene....not sure I really want to see it.
As it is everyone can interpret it in a way that makes them happy and I really hope it doesn't change that. Especially as Toby said that if you belive that they're trapped in the devil's AU, then that's a bit bleak.....I'm quite happy to believe that because it means that it's not the end - I don't find that grim in the least and I don't want that taken away from me. And I completely understand that other people want to have a happier, more resolved ending. So I'm really not sure I want another scene......unless it's the start of another series!

I am thinking of taking a Being Human holiday too, where life goes on hold completely for total immersion week!
I have the dvd on order, but have the blu-ray AND boxset coming for my birthday later this month!
fifi, you may not want to read back earlier in this thread then, for Toby Whithouse's comments on the additional scene..... I have mixed feelings, obviously any new Being Human is a prospect! and I have learnt over the years to just totally surrender to and trust Toby's vision, there have been times I have wondered and even doubted where things could go in characters' storylines but have always, always been taken somewhere beyond my imaginings and never been disappointed.
My ultimate conclusion is that wherever the additional scene takes us, it will be the right place, for Being Human.
Forgot to mention (sorry if someone else already has) if you order from Amazon, there is guaranteed on the day of release delivery if you select first class as a posting option!
I'll be watching it very soon after its arrival, but as soon as I get a week to myself, which should happen in May, I'll be watching the whole show, from the beginning. I'm excited!

For my birthday I got a pic of the dvd with 'comming soon' printed across it. I presume that means that it's been ordered for me....it also means that I don't know where from or if it's on its way. I'm not sure I can stand the suspense!
Been out all day and couldn't stop wondering if mine was at home waiting for me. No....it wasn't. It had better come on Monday......not sure how long i can resist the spoiler warnings.......
