The policeman/ladder shot i think is from 'Quirke' which is set in the nineteen fifties, it looks too clean and modern to be Ripper Street. I think the shot of the couple tumbling onto the bed may be from The Musketeers drama because earlier in the trailer there is a clip of a lady in a red cloak and i could be wrong but the back of the lady's gown in the bed tumble scene looks reddish- seen from my tv screen this evening (just speculation though)

I can't make out who that gentleman is in the final gif. Moves too quickly for me to focus on.

agree Lisa, amazing what excitement can do to the powers of perception!

Another trailer is due soon! but possibly not Ripper Street and i hear more focussed on the female characters, who were noticeably lacking in the first!cool

I don't watch much real-time tv, so I miss a lot of trailers....but I'd be interested to know if anyone has actually seen it on tv too.

What Remains has been on - and By Any Means has just started (both on sunday nights).....I wonder if there are air dates for any of the others yet?

I saw it on the day it was released I think..but not since HalGal and fifi!

I am curious as to what happened to theother trailer, i though BBC One mentioned another one with more female characters this time?

fifi - so we don't get out topics crossed i'll just say i am about to mention The Paradise in the 'air dates' topic...

Hmm....yes -

‘This is the first in a series of new BBC Original British Drama trailers that showcase the range of our output, each designed to target different parts of our audience. We have a new trail featuring female leads launching soon.’

http://metro.co.uk/2013/09/03/bbc-defends-autumn-drama-trailer-over-lack-of-actresses-featured-3948632/

I wonder what they mean by soon....?
