Ahh..all these pics are just fantastic!  Thanks Trevor!! What an excellent evening....

I need to join Brookesey in a bit of Toby fangirling.  He was, indeed awesome.....and seemed genuinely pleased to see everyone and happy to chat about all things being human.  (Damien was awesome too, of course....but that just goes without saying - doesn't it?)

Have managed to finally get on my pc and upload the couple of pics I have. The panel one is off my phone so the quality isn't fab, but the other was taken by the lovely Laura and still have a grin on my face 3 days later!

And I could never choose between most of my fandoms, but when pressed recently, to pick just ONE to define me, I had to go with SG-1...though Firefly was a tough call. I wouldn't be talking to any of you without my SFX gig, which I got completely because of Firefly, but I started writing as an adult because of SG-1, so...yeah. I owe Stargate a debt I can never repay - and Being Human is part of that debt! (And I'm oh so glad to have it!) :D

Love the new pics! Can't wait to see more!

I'm especially fond of the ones of Toby, because they're just so fun, but I'm also happy to see that Damien looks like he had a good time chatting with everyone.

I could kick myself for missing this, but the week's just been too hectic. I love panels, I love Gothic, love the NFT (kept meaning to check out this goth thing they were doing!) and oh yeah, there's Damien too. And Tony Head. D'oh!

Thanks so much for sharing details and pictures. What a fab time was clearly had by all.

Can't have too many pictures, su!  And you did have a slightly better view than me!!

Before they all came in I looked at that row of empty chairs and thought....'as long as he doesn't sit in the second one from the right....'!  Oh well - I'm not complaining....I might not have been able to see him at all!

I want to see him speaking in person just so I can be in the presence of all that hand gesturing.  He does a very good job of suppressing it when he's acting.  I love men who use their hands when they really get into whatever topic they are talking about.  Plus, the long fingers...

Oh my goodness, more fabulous piccies!

Su those are brilliant pics - you get a real sense of the stage and the venue and .....all that Damien doesn't hurt either! thank you so much for sharing!

Kat! aw the one of you and Damien is just so... I am so glad you got to meet him and have your first photo opportunity, and what a beautiful photo it is too!

It is so gracious of Damien to always pose with fans the way he does, what a gent!

I think that's the three layers I was wearing plus the two very thick layers he was in! Lol. He should have been wearing less clothing - it's just unacceptable (and, bizarrely, the pic has come out quite long and thin, my face isn't that narrow!)

Just wanted to update that Rhidian of BFI tweeted me saying "Sorry, I was told mid-week, but next week now looking more likely. V sorry. Will keep you posted."

Curiously he wasn't tagged in the convo he replied to, I'd just put his first name & one of the tweets said the name of the event (not hashtagged), so I guess he's monitoring those words...

AND he also said "Curiously I bumped into Damien yesterday at the Somerset House SKATE opening. He's a nice guy."

So I scoured the net, found that AP and WireImages took photos of the event, but alas no DaMo. cry Someone needs to tell him he's not a vampire anymore and can in fact be photographed. wink Craig Roberts was at the event.

Thanks Whimsy, I am getting pretty much the same from Rhidian, he was on sick leave last week also, but at least we know there will be footage coming which is so exciting!
