This is being posted in the general discussion area, because you can opt to vote for 2 shows Damien has been in this year, Being Human or Ripper Street
(or if you are sneaky like me, BOTH! )
Ripper Street is currently in 2nd place and Being Human in 11th!
Yes pearl - I've only been able to vote once. On the pc I get a message that my vote has already been counted, and at work I couldn't even log on........so frustrating! lol
Ripper Street is at the top. I voted for Being Human because I couldn't help myself. I still miss it something awful and Ripper Street was doing so well I figured voting for BH couldn't hurt.

The fifth series of Toby Whithouse's phenomenal paranormal drama might well miss out on a place in many 'Top TV of 2013' lists, for the simple reason that it aired early on in the year and has now departed our screens for good. But Being Human should never be forgotten.
It took a pitch that sounds like a joke ("What if a vampire, ghost and a werewolf shared a flat?") and delivered groundbreaking television - establishing BBC Three as a serious player on the drama landscape and defying convention by remaining just as good, if not better, after a major cast overhaul. The show bowed out in style, with new leads Damien Molony, Michael Socha and Kate Bracken all superb.
Looks like The Hollywood Reporter agree with my last post that it is worth making a point of mentioning Ripper Street beat our Doctor WHO in the Radio Times poll! (even if they did fail to mention that Being Human beat out Downton Abbey....)
