I can't vote - literally can't decide. Partly because Hal only has sass at certain times, whereas Jack is all sass. However, when Hal wants you to feel his "sassiness" then, by golly, you know about it! It's like double or triple sass...
Hal has his moments of sass but he is not really so cocky and sassy all the time. Only when his on blood. Or being without blood for long time. Or not friends with someone.
So, I will say Jack. Jack has sass in his nature. This was tricky though, I was thinking about my answer for good long while
I agree with Pradakat that the level of 'sassiness' is just too great when it pops up. They are simply so epic that i have to choose Hal. But it was a tough one indeed.

When I first saw this I guffawed thinking, well that's a no brainer, Jack has more sass.
But then I started thinking about all the different interactions each has and I absolutely agree with Kat's statement. Jack is inherently more relaxed, more joking and he definitely has sass in his jokes. He is cheeky rude to some of the cops, but with his fellow detectives it's more of an open banter where they all give as good as they get. But Hal's sass comes out in his sarcastic, condescending, deadpan manner. Hal is more impudent and when he's sassy you absolutely feel it! Look up 'sass' in the dictionary, there's a picture of him. Or a drawing...

I had to go with Hal. Jack is sassy maybe more frequently but Hal's sass was epic.

My first reaction is to vote for Hal....just because if Hal is an option, he will always get my vote! Then I thought Hal and Lady Catherine and decided that Jack is never going to match that........
