I could be super strict and say  " 'he'who? " But yes that'll def do fifi!

It's William West Jr, at approx 4.40 mark in 'Making Rosebud' - 2009 film short by Jonathan Reid Edwards

and it is after he opens the curtains and before he drops the keys!

That is an excellent silhouette! 

I feel a bit bad 'cos rosie did all the hard work on this....I just snuck in at the end.  I never would've guessed that was a hand in clue#2 either!  And I know that he's called William Jr in the credits...but I do always think of him as Billy 'cos that's the only name he's given in the film.

I guess I'd better come up with another clue then...
