What a lovely article on BBC America Anglophenia on all the Being Human actors.
They have all done so well and deservedly too!
While we grrrr the incorrect surname for Jack Weston (Watson? hello are we have a Sherlock moment?) let us please note the correct spelling of 'Molony'
It's always nice to see something about Being Human. That is a lovely list of credits....and I have to agree - we are very much looking foward to seeing him in Kill Your Friends and Tiger Raid (esp. Tiger Raid) Rather impatiently I might add!!
"He’s completed the pilot for the miniseries The Devil You Know" miniseries?!
Miniseries. Where else did I read that? I know I did, and dismissed it... was it that interview you posted the other day Domino?
That could be a game changer! That opens the possibility that it could film and air much quicker. Not a peep on green light yet though, and all the actors are scattered about.
Awesome that BBCA did this article. Gives American fans who perhaps haven't seen Damien since Being Human a little update. And hopefully they will seek out things like Ripper Street that they can watch and know to look for him in movies!

".....for the miniseries...." certainly makes it sound like an actual thing which is happening, rather than a possible something. But who knows whether they actually know something or whether they're just speculating.....or even extrapolating on something which they've heard elsewhere......
Rosie I was so struck by that too and delighted to see all the wonderful actors we loved in BH being celebrated for their work since too... all have done incredibly (deservedly) well. Being Human has a prestige I feel.. yes a slightly genre-ish one, but a recognition for high quality drama and for working in a Toby Whithouse creation.
Regarding TDYK, I think 'miniseries' is how it has been described on IMDb since it was added during filming... so not reading anything into that yet. But when I checked the page the other day I thought the status has changed, that's when we talked about it whimsy. I was about to post something about it in the TDYK topic.. so head on over here for more!
Yes that's it! IMDB has it as miniseries. But as I mention in the other topic, it said pre-production and a 2015 date before. Cautiosly optimistic but trying not to read too much into it.

It's been lovely seeing little articles about being human cropping up recently and the articles about Lord Toby talking about a (lack of) a future comeback! Good to see the geek mags miss the show as much as we do xx

It will never be forgotten! It makes me happy to see the press peeps bringing it up. We have a topic for the comeback articles and had fun thinking of ways we could assist lord Toby with the comeback, here
It is encouraging to see The Devil You Know referred to as a miniseries. Surely HBO will do more than just a pilot.
I can't imagine anything taking the place of Being Human for me but it sure would be nice to see him in something Americans can get easier access to on a regular basis again. Sorry, I'm just selfish that way.
