How did I not see those lovely smiley pictures yesterday?! Loving the name of Anthony's restaurant - nothing pleases me more than a good pun/play on words.

"We Don't Give a Fork" is an utterly brilliant name for a restaurant! does such restaurant actually exist? And If not why not? The no cutlery concept could make for great comedy!

So putting it all together from the synopsis and trailer for episode 2 we are going to see Anthony, Fred and Kates' places of work and Lulu gets a job/ helps out at Kate's! I'm actually excited to see lots more inside this incredible setting, but also for more insight into these characters so seeing them outside the world of their 'community' style home and at work is a thrilling prospect....

This was better than the first episode. I giggled all the way through this! So much awkwardness! So many brilliant lines!

"The thought of having sex with Lulu makes my penis go right back up inside"

"We don't give a fork. They make us say that"

The way he said it so romantically... I laughed so hard! LMAO

So, sense I missed the first ep, this second ep was my first Crashing episode which I saw. I looked through bit quickly last ep's topic so I think I got the plot!I have to say I loved it, and yes, there was lot's of Hal in Anthony! And those snuggling scenes.. thud

So many thudalerts

Anthony didn't give a fork and I loved that restaurant t-shirt! (must get).

"Everyone f***s everyone eventually". I think Kate's jealousy is cute, lack of communication put her in tricky situations. I think the part where she was having "a meeting" was hilarious! But I was so glad that she said Anthony in the end what was her problem. The way Anthony told Lulu he wasn't in love with her was awkward but I wonder was he making that clear to himself or Lulu.

"Have you got any condoms?".. "You got any more?"

Brilliant, I can't wait to see the next one. Only bad thing was that episode was so short. Would have watched more! And I can't wait to see the reviews after this episode.

Crashing was cooking tonight!

I laughed or grinned like an idiot from the beginning (that scene in Anthony and Kate's bedroom with Lulu and the eyes open, eyes closed routine..lol!) to the end!

Highlights of this episode for me were the scenes in Anthony's restaurant, especially the explaining about the no-cutlery concept!

And Anthony throwing the box of condoms across the room!

Too many laugh out loud moments! I need to watch again immediately!

Anthony seemed to have a bit more oomph about him this week, I was not sure if the whole Lulu thing would be spoken out loud between him and Kate. But his attempts to reassure her were pretty convincing (for her) and he has even convinced himself (but is clearly so in denial!)

Just as funny as last week, loved all the threads and the developments..in all the relationships. Sam is wonderful to watch and loving Melody.

This restaurant needs to exist! like for real!

It was okay, not as frantic as last week's episode and it did make me chuckle. I need to watch it again but I have to admit it was only the scenes Damien was in that completely engaged me (though did laugh at Melody chasing whatsisface around and taking his suitcase off him and the condom throwing scene) Damien is still looking fantastic, love his hair and that smile!

I'm even more inclined to believe that this would far better suit the 45/60 minute comedy/drama style. Like a more modern, more rude Cold Feet, say.

I'm loving the Sam and Fred dynamic. Even though I've seen Jonathan Bailey in the flesh before he is suddenly quite hot in this!

Loving Jessica. Susan Wokama is just as brilliant but TOTALLY different in Chewing Gum. Fast becoming a fan.

Finding Kate a bit annoying but that meeting scene was funny.

Looking forward to seeing the Melody/Colin relationship develop.

The Anthony/Kate/Luly triangle has plenty of legs too.

So much to explore and yet if feels like not enough time, it has the pacing of a modern sitcom but the storyline of a comedy/drama.

Glad it settled down a bit this week.

I'd vote 3 but voted two in the poll as that seems to signify I only like the Damo moments!

Lots of promise and some frustrations too. Plenty to keep me watching.

There have been lots of / / in this post. Sorry

Just watched and loved it even more than last week!  Whereas it took a few viewings before I felt I'd absorbed last week's fast pace, this still delivered the laughs and much more thoughtful depth in an easy going pace.  My only complaint, as everyone else feels, it's too damn short!!!

Loved everything everyone mentioned already, that penis line delivered so smoothly has to be my favorite.  I'd go into more details of my thoughts, but I'm having a hard time getting over that final scene with the snuggles.  *LE SIGH* thud thud thud

Both eps were strong on comedy and drama - plenty of shades again, this week delivered through Sam's story.

What did we all make of Anthony's attempt at a serious talk with Lulu? It mirrored the one in the first ep where he told her he was in love with her. This week he told her he was not in love with her but ......

It was those eyes again- the mouth is saying one thing but those eyes are saying something *completely* different!

Totally Lisa! It's all mutual shiny eyes, sparkly grins and sizzling chemistry!

And in the previous declaration it was a 'joke', so was Anthony saying this as a joke or being deliberately ambiguous? I suspect he was trying to be serious and actually deal with the whole love triangle situation and do the right thing, but when they are together it all goes a bit pear shaped...and Lulu was also unsure of his meaning I think ...

Is this a prophetic statement about what happens with the characters in Crashing ?!

I'm starting to really feel for Kate. I have a horrible feeling that if I was in the same situation that I would probably act the same way! I think all the characters are very relatable - you can either see aspects of yourself or they are like people you know.

Melody chasing Colin through the car park was hilarious!

At the beginning there was a warning of strong language, adult themes and nudity - where was the nudity? Did I miss it?!

Watched it twice now, loving it. It's quite complex and I definitely feel it should be on longer to give the characters time to develop slowly. My favourite couple is Melody and Colin, I just love them.

I'm finding Kate irritating but can't decide if it's the character or the way she's being portrayed - I'm just not I love with her at all.
I do think Anthony cares about her a lot, but she seems too uptight to relax around him properly. I found I was wondering if her uncertainty about the relationship actually had anything to do with Lulu or if she felt it anyway.

Loved the opening scene with the eyes, the pathos of the scattering of the ashes, the condom scene.

But too short, too short. I don't want it wrapped up in the next few episodes, I want it to last much longer before all is resolved for everyone - after all there's room in that hospital for more people!
