 ICYMI!!! GameFace is coming 12 or 16 October - that is only 33 or 37 days away!

ALSO, the above a great interview with Roisin about GameFace, it must have been so weird that 3 years passed before the series was commissioned! On second listen it does sound like she has changed it from the pilot. Cannot wait!

OMG.. GameFace is going to be here within a month!!!

I have a new theory and I'm quite excited about it!  E4 have a new series of Celebrity Driving School ending in the first week of October. Doesn't it make sense to follow that up next week with Roisin's comedy which is in part about learning to drive! I hope her prediction of 12 October is correct!

Just listened to the podcast.....3 years!  wow - that kinda puts the wait for it to air into perspective biggrin

And she certainly gives the impression that it's been tweeked since the pilot - it'll be interesting to see how it's changed.

Radio Times have it as a "Choice" as well - no pictures or mention of DaMo but a positive for the show.

I totally squeeeeed seeing Damien in the TV Choice piece! Not only because he's in it, but also it is our first photo [albeit teeny tiny..bigger please!] of him as Jon in GameFace! And he's looking good!

I know Rosie, it is looking again as if Damien's wonderful hair will be a front runner in awards season!

 

Meanwhile, really enjoyed watching Sarah O'Connell's interview with Roisin Conaty, with a part on GameFace. I'm fast becoming a Roisin fan!

Here's another Roisin Conaty interview, in which she reveals she cannot drive in real life. Imagine how crazy the driving lesson scenes with Damien were to film! Hope we get some outtakes! fingerscrossed

Thanks for the headsup about Roisin being on 6 music today fifi, she was also on I think BBC 2 with Ricky Wilson the other day and last night she as on the BBC One Show, which is now on the BBC iplayer, it had a but more about GameFace and a new clip (no Damo).

Rosie, Perhaps Roisin's lack of driving experience explains Damien's face here

Agree Fifi, I've been musing about it in the ep 2 topic and have realised I don't want a straight forward love story, more fun and less predictable if there are surprises to come! anyone else wondering if Jon might not turn out to be the 100% good guy in the end? Or maybe there are skeletons in his closet ! Ooh! Can't wait to find out how it all pans out.. and at the same time don't want to get there too quickly!
