'Crashing' is coming to DVD!

PRE-ORDER NOW!

According to Amazon UK and the British Comedy Guide it will be released by Simply Media 3 September, but according to Wikipedia, it's 6 July.

The complete series is still available to watch (at this time) for free in the UK on All4, in HD on Amazon UK (not Prime) and worldwide on Netflix.

But the DVD will widen availibility assuming it is Region 2 UK, Europe (excluding Russia, Belarus and Ukraine), Greenland, South Africa, Swaziland, Lesotho, Egypt and the Middle East!

It's a must Ellie! despite the online availability, all Damien fans need this on their shelves!

According to the details on the BBFC website, the DVD only contains the 6 episodes. When, oh when, will we get some DaMo extras? I bet there were tons of hilarious outtakes and bloopers with Crashing....

Thanks, domino, pre-ordered a copy today! I did buy it on Amazon as a download but I'm old enough to like having a hard copy of anything I think of as important - and that includes anything with Damien. Now, Game Face on DVD, please!

I'm the same Ellie, I like having a hard copy as part of my Damien memorabilia
But I struggle to get my head around why there are no extras to entice people to buy a DVD on top of the online digital versions - surely that makes commercial sense?
It does make you wonder if the free digital version is coming off Channel 4 / All 4 though..

Yes, mine has arrived, domino! I do love having a hard copy as well as the download - I suppose it's an age thing!

Just looking at the gifs above has reminded me how good Damien was in this!

The lack of extras on dvds these days is rather sad. Blooper reels are hilarious!

Damien really showed his comedy chops in Crashing!

You're right, Domino. But I must confess, I had not looked.  wink  However, I have now seen that the shipping would not be from Germany, but from Switzerland. So no difference. That would have lasted as long.

Now I just need a little time to look again. Although I found Anthony quite sympathetic, but at the end rather unfair and a little annoyed by him, Damien played the role fantastic.
