Happy Hal-loween Domino and everyone!!!!
Sorry I've not been around for ages, life takes over you know and I don't get online much.
My absense does not mean I am not still mad about Damien and Hal! Always a fan!!! ;)
Great poster Domino, I can see Hal's uniform from Being Human series 5, a wooden stake, not sure which, Hal's blood flask from series 5, Hal's domino from series 4, Hal's sheild? But I thought that was red, so maybe not. The origami wolf that was on the mantel piece at the very end of series 5. I'm not sure what that is in the top right, don't remember any letters. Also looks like a book on the top there, maybe 1 from Hal's shelves!!!

Well done! You have got most of them! The ones you are not sure of either didn't appear directly in Being human or added them for creative good measure
From top left going clockwise:
1. Origami wolf from series 5 finale 'The Last Broadcast'
2. An old diary with 'HJ' on the front (creative addition from me)
3. The last page of Hal's letter to the miniature circus, from the official BBC Being Human blog
4. Hal's shield, not his red one, but his from the Battle Of Orsha Hal/Hatch scene in series 5 finale 'The Last Broadcast'
5. A stake - take your pick from any episode! It would be fun to name all the episodes with Hal + stakes in!
6. Hal's blood flask from series 5, first seen in the Rook / Hal scene in episode 1 'The Trinity'
7. An ornamental spider - a homage to Hal's moment in Series 4 episode 2 '1955' "We need to get rid of him. He's filthy and he hates me".
8. A deck of cards, a homage to the Being Human series 5 'Additional Scene' on the DVD when Hal asks for a pack of cards...
9. Hal's domino from series 4 - again it would be fun to name all the moments where we see Hal with his domino!
10. A red rose - a nod to the extra scene with Hal and Annie, when he makes an origami rose..
11. Hal's uniform from Being Human series 5 episode 1 'The Trinity' and that gorgeous promo photo we all loved so much!
When I've got more time later I might add photos to these, unless someone else would like to!
How could I have missed all that, thanks Domino!!! Ah yes, not the red shield, we never see it do we? I must have missed the letter to the circus. I like how you snuck in extras like that & the cards, rose etc... I agree with RP about the marigolds, but it depends if you want bad Hal or good!! Bad Hal is not as OCD as good. What about lute and some of his books that we do see. Keats & Tulips? his knife that he has in the last episode, does he also have that with the Lady Catherine fight scene, I need to rewatch again!!!

Yes there's a (rather large) knife / blade ( and a stake! ) very much involved in the Hal and Lady Catherine scene! It seems to be Hal's weapon of choice against werewolves except for when he is strangling them with lamp cables - absolarrylutely one of the baddest Hal scenes), though it is never stated that they are silver.
Thanks D, I'll have my rewatch when I eventually get a moment of spare time & see if its the same knife! Loved Larry!!! That was a scary scene as it was a surprise, but my most scary scene is the 1 in the flashback with the girl & Hal all covered in blood!! But don't we all love it too!!! ;D
