Whimsy there has been no official BBC One press release as yet, BBC America press had 'Detective Constable', but since that time, just 'Detective' Flight has also been used. So, this is getting mysteriouser by the minute! (we need a detective)

As I think about it more and more I think Ruby might be onto something.  Reid, Drake, Jackson - they are always wearing basically the same thing.  Very little variation, even when they are off duty.  And of course in those times people had less clothes in general.  It's curious that we've seen 3 distinct outfits on Flight.  Almost like he's the master of disguise.  A spy. wink

OK - I think I've regained coherent speech and rational thought....maybe. 

I love this picture!!  And yeah....three pics, three costumes - that's exciting.  It's definately getting closer... eeek!

I had a look at the actual "H Division" Twitter page and there is one picture on the background which looks a lot like Damien! It is from side on and he is with, I think, a woman! She looks a bit apprehensive!

Pearl if you're looking at what I think you are, that's not him.  The background pictures of H Division's twitter are all from S1.  That man with the fancy looking shirt was the bad guy in S1 E1. He was making snuff films and was hurting Rose.

Everything about this picture just makes me giddy

 

So young looking without the scruff.  If he were a bit more dirty he'd look like a rascally young ragamuffin.  He just so cute and cuddly.

In the other promo pics Reid and Drake are buttoned and tied as usual, Jackson's shirt is open as usual.  I like that Flight is slightly in between in this pic.  Unbuttoned collar (yum) but jaunty scarf.  TBH he looks like he's a bit of a ladies man, I can see him going to a bar, all suave and cheeky and chatting some up.  Throw in that wicked smile from bad Hal in the chair....

Ok I'll shut up now.  

Wait, where exactly in the Flight fic are we....

Well observed Kat, it is a similar posture to the Hal tweed suit one.

damn.... Damien looks handsome in a high collar and tie/ cravat!

Both the costumes we have seen are amazing and both these 'in character' shots give a fantastic aura to Flight don't they?

Certainly he has two 'sides' that are going to be portrayed in the series; his 'official' police wear and this more casual look, either for infiltration or whatever else.

Looking forward to ep1 for the catch up (esp as I haven't rewatched S1) and then ep2 for the introduction.
